Frequently Asked Questions
I have created a profile, but after registration I still haven`t got any e-mail from MusData. How can I activate my account and where is the key?
Yes, this is sad but it is true that some free e-mail account providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL etc. have very strange SPAM filters, that sometimes put mail from MusData into Junk mailbox or even delete them(!) as Hotmail does. MusData doesn`t send any kind of SPAM, this is misconfiguration of those SPAM filters. We work on the problem. But here is how you can proceed in such case and even help MusData in solving the problem.
1.Check your Junk/Trash/SPAM directory/mailbox if you expect an e-mail from MusData. If you find an e-mail from us, please mark it as non-junk, move it to your inbox or enter the address support@musdata.com to the "whitelist", or address book in your e-mail account settings. By the next time the e-mail will be delivered without any problems, hopefully.
2. Write an e-mail to MusData (support@musdata.com) with subject "key request". Write your name or the name of the orchestra, registration date in the body of the message. It will be checked manually, activated and you will receive the key/password for update.
