| Description The Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra (TPO) is under the patronage of the Royal Thai Government, and College of Music, Mahidol University. Its mission is to perform and entertain the public by making musical education an art form through the development of outreach programmes. One of Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra??™s primary goals is to bring together the highest calibre musicians in Thailand and to nurture the orchestra and strive for national and international status. Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra further dedicates itself to the promotion of the arts, music and culture of Thailand. The TPO performs and embraces every form of symphonic orchestral music including ethnic and non-western music.  The Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra (TPO) is an orchestra in Thailand which was founded in 2004. It's under patronage of Royal Thai Government and Mahidol University. TPO's principle conductor is Gudni A. Emilsson and the music director is Assoc. Prof. Sugree Charoensook, director of college of music Mahidol University. |
